CAFE LABORATORY has opened in 2011. It is a third wave of coffee shop. 

We offer only carefully chosen speciality coffee. 

We have variety of coffee from all over the world. Coffee beans are home roasted to provide high-quality and fresh coffee everyday.

We also consult making business plans such as choosing coffee equipments, kitchen tools, interior designs, lecturing quality waiter service or dripping coffee skill, roasting coffee beans for newly open cafes or shops. 

Our cafe is located in the countryside in Northern part of Japan. We are assigned as a reconstruction adviser since we've succeeded to attract many customers from various places. Our mission is to make community which gathers many people and also helping open cafes in the earthquake/tsunami affected areas.

ドリップ技術の指導、ビジネスプランの政策など、
他の方が店舗を出すお手伝いもしています。

田舎にたくさん人を集客し、
寂れた街に活気をもたらしたのがキッカケで、
国の復興支援アドバイザーとして、
被災地のカフェ作りや、コミニュティー作りにも協力しています。
